Great spot! Cozy rooms, good amenities. The staff were friendly. The hot tub was perfect! If we had wanted to use pool, it was clean and heated.

Comfy place and super close to the gondola!

Overall very satisfied but the noise of cleaning the snow in the parking lot started bothering us around 6 in the morning. Breakfast was not what we expected from a similar class of accommodations. They offered limited items per person. For example, two donuts and one cup of coffee.

Bad light in bath room, telephone didn’t work, refrigerator rocked when opening, couldn’t turn down the heat, key cards kept deactivating.

We stayed here before and did not have any issues but this time the heating did not turn on all night. It was super cold in the room. We complained in the morning and were told we should have turned up the thermostat to 88 degrees at least (I turned it up to 78). There is no way I could have known to turn it up to 88 degrees - no sign whatsoever.

Location couldn't be any better for skiing Heavenly, right across street from gondola/transit center. Friendly staff, parking free, many restaurants within walking distance.

The property is right at the center of everything in village at the gondola - so prime location for skiing, shopping, dining, and just hanging out. The staff are extremely friendly and so helpful. Loved the jacuzzi and activities center. Looking forward to a visit in the summer, winter exceeded my expectations!

All in all a good stay. Parking wasn’t the greatest.

My wife and I went to Lake Tahoe for the weekend. The whole weekend was wonderful but the hotel was not adequate for a couple outing. The bed was not comfortable. The breakfast is included. Pastries, hard boiled eggs, oranges, bananas are given. There is nothing fancy about the place and for the price, I should have gone to the holiday inn. For a little bit more per night, there are better places... At our arrival, the room was not cleaned and my wife and I had to wait for an hour in the car.
