طاقم محترم ومتعاون جدا، ساعدونا أثناء الإقامة وفي انهاء الإجراءات والزيارات داخل مدينة فينيسيا.

للأسف وجدنا بعض الحشرات والبعوض داخل الغرفة وفي الأسرة والمفارش مما سبب اذي وحساسية لنا. نرجو منهم رش مبيدات بالغرف والاهتمام بالتعقيم واستعمال مبيدات للحشرات والبعوض.
