This has been a truly wonderful trip. The hotel was welcoming, the staff attentive and the facilities immaculate. We had a comfortable stay here and was within easy access by bus and train to Venice. (Door to door roughly 45 mins). This meant that we could escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Mestre itself offered a laid back night out. We ate at the hotel which was brilliant and catered for our needs including a 3 year old. The pool was likewise a welcomed addition at the end of a long day walking and exploring Venice. A huge thank you to Simon the pool attendant who provided such an incredible service, he was so kind to our daughter and went above and beyond to ensure that we were welcomed and happy-thank you Simon Thank you to all the staff, this was a fantastic stay.

Good location just outside of Venice. This hotel is included in the Venice comune, which means that we were able to apply for a city fee exemption to go visit it. Rooms were very big and clean.

This has been an incredible few days here at the Novotel. The rooms have been comfortable, clean and spacious for our family. The staff have been wonderful, welcoming us and attending to our every need. The hotel is within a 4 minute walk to the bus stop with a ten minute trip into town. From here we took a 10 minute train into Venice. Perfect for getting in and out of the city. One evening we ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, it was excellent and the met the tastes of both adults and children. The added bonus of the pool was brilliant and a special thank you and mention to Simon the pool guard. He was wonderful with our three year old, he took the time to chat to her, get her toys to play with in the water and showed her how to clean the pool and measure the temperature. He was a real asset to the hotel and made coming back to the hotel at the end of the day very special. Thank you Simon. Thank you to everyone at the Novotel hotel for a fantastic few days. We will be back!
