Breakfast was disappointing. 1 of our rooms air conditioning wasn't working. Location was great.

Breakfast was disappointing. Rooms air conditioning failed. Room was poorly painted, beds were lumpy, could use deep cleaning in bathrooms.

"With a big name like this hotel, I would’ve expected a better experience than the one we had do not recommend"

Unfriendly staff, beds uncomfortable, dark and dingy room. Hot water was lukewarm at best.

"Not secure after 11 pm until 8 am until robot man greets you for coffee"

The outside looked nice

Dirty floors , pool bathroom wasn’t cleaned in days , when going to breakfast you were greeted by a computer screen with a gentleman from a different country greeting you he is there listening to your conversation , breakfast must of been brought in very little to choose from yogurt’s , eggs , I could go on but you get the point

The room was clean and seemed to be remodeled recently. King bed with sofa .

Only complaint was breakfast selection. Not much going on there. A couple yogurt cups and some cereal. Coffee was hot though.

This place should be torn down and NOT rebuilt. The was disgusting. Slept fully clothed. Brought my own pillows and towels thank God for that because their towels were tattered and dingy. Pillows were gross
