All the staff were polite and very helpful. Everything to make your stay comfortable.

There was trouble with the door card, didn't work all the time and from the 9th floor a bit of a nuisance.

"Lovely hotel, mostly what we wanted/needed."

The bed was super comfy, with storage as per our requirements

The shower has a fixed head, so if you don't want to get your hair wet, or wanted to reach specific areas, this wasn't possible and was frustrating
