Room was disgusting, breakfast did not exist

It was terrible it seems as though every extended stay has an odor in their room. Smell musty or something. But I was really upset when i entered into my room. It was ok but the smell yuck. Taking a shower without a shower curtain was hell water were all over the floor. By than I was mad. I talk to a incompetent staff about the problem. She stated ok ill send someone put in the shower curtain but no one came by than i was very up set . I checked out and booked a better hotel.

I didn’t take pictures but it was terrible. There were fire alarms going off all night and the room was not clean. It was disgusting.

They advertise free breakfast but all they had was some kind of fruit bar, small muffins and outmeal.

Nice and pleasant

When we got to the room the toilet had been used but not flushed, coffee had been spilled on the counter top and not wiped up, the carpet appeared to not have been swept and the plug had been cut off from the wire so the double lamp between the beds didn't work(this was written up but not repaired). The "Grab and Go" breakfast consisted of coffee, but the last two days of our stay they didn't even have that (no cups). The parking lot was a mess, for example, a few spaces from the front door a discarded take out container with scraps was there the entire time of our stay. This place is a mess, new management is definitely needed.

Upon entering the lobby, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. We waited nearly ten minutes for the night clerk to end his personal call and check us in. The hotel hallways are grungy and littered. The room was sparse. The microwave rusted so much it is unusable. Outlets were very sketchy. Stains covered the ragged window covering while suspicious dark stains splattered the walls. The sheets were clean, mattresses were not. The remote did not work and I had to manually turn the tv on and manually adjust channel and volume to drown out the haunted house feel. The batteries were taped to the remote. The shower… I deeply apologize to anyone within a block radius of my family attempting to shower this morning. It made the most awful grinding screaming sound while the water was running. The linens were crisp and fresh and the room was quiet but it is very dated and worn completely out. Like your great aunts apartment in Florida where she lived alone with her cats. On our way out, we noticed the fire alarms and exit signs clinging to the ceiling by their wiring hoping to catch a ride away with someone. We left two hours before we planned to, The morning clerk was incredibly nice this morning and the lobby did not smell like weed. The number of 10/10 reviews this place gets is absurd. No one in their right mind without being paid in Walmart gift cards would give this anything above a 4. Spend a little more up the road.
