The staff were very nice at check in. The room was clean and good for the one night we needed for a convention at showboat. It was a 5 minute walk. Check out was easy. Just left the key in room at check out. 11:00 check out was perfect.

The property could use upgrades and a deep cleaning.

Close to hard rock casino

Room didn’t have toilet paper. Have multiple people selling drugs and blasting music at 1am in front of hotel room. And room was dirty didn’t want to take shower due to rusted shower head
