Could hear adjoining room, e.g., man coughing through the night. Microwave makes fan noise, need heavier comforter on bed.

The room was nice and clean. The bed a was a little springy, but we managed to get some sleep. The price was right and it was a nice, quiet little place to stay on part of our long road trip. The man that checked us in was so sweet. Good service here.

Location

Toilet leaked, towels looked dirty/stained, and saw a roach crawling on the wall of the room. Also, the mattresses were hard as a rock.

My check-in experience was terrible. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional — he practically threw my driver’s license back at me. Despite having prepaid through Expedia, I was charged again upon arrival again. To make things worse, I received four duplicate reservation confirmation emails from the hotel, which felt very suspicious and disorganized. The room itself was unacceptable. It was dirty, and I saw at least four cockroaches during my stay. After that, I couldn’t sleep at all. Overall, this place felt more like a scam than a legitimate hotel. I will never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.
