Days Inn by Wyndham Louisville Airport Fair and Expo Center

Location was good for us. Receptionist was very friendly.

They must hire jack-legs from the Home Depot parking lot to do renavations. Room was stupid, Instead of putting the right size toilet in the bathroom, they cut out the door so it would swing past the toilet. The toilet seat was undersized for the toilet. The tub drain was a hole that didnt seem to have a steel trap, it just dumped out of the tube into a larger pipe below. They shot drywall screws through the vinyl lower wall molding instead of gluing it the proper way. They seemed to have replaced the entrance door dead bolt a dozen times because the amount of screw holes prove it. Window only had a odd color pull down shade. My wife said adding a pair of curtains may have helped make the room feel somewhat homey. Flooring looked like it may have been done not so long ago. It was clean but the place doesn't seem to give much thought in caring if anyone ever returns. I thought Days Inn had minimum quality standards that were way above what we saw there.

Nothing

Everything. Its a converted dorm rm for college kids. The bed was like sitting on straw. I didn't dare lay down as the sheets looked like an old crime scene occurred and someone used it to cover the body. A/C and the light over the sleeping area didnt work. But, the worst part is they allow SMOKING on the 3rd floor. I thought that went out in the 80's when hotels burned down from smokers! I left content with having to pay for the room one night. All in all sleeping in my car would have been the smart move.

Nothing. The prostitution was horrendous

Smells like smoke. Cigarette burn holes in blankets. Floor was completely warped with soft spots everywhere. Garbage all over the parking lot. Didn’t even use shower for fear of being more dirty.
