Gute Lage, kostenloses Shuttle zum Disneyland, schönes Ambiente, freundliches Personal

Handtücher am Pool würden von den Gästen einfach liegen gelassen und man wusste nicht, ob noch jemand wieder kommt. Dadurch wurden unnötig Liegen blockiert. Die Shuttlebusse waren meist sehr voll!

Location and bedroom was good

Service level, food variety, staff professionalism, price for drinks and food very extortionate as you can get an Uber eats for half the price, €29 for a pizza and drinks costing €14, quality of the food is blank and poor. No urgency from staff in relation to the service. You have to pay €50 deposit just for an iron. This should be included in 4* hotel. Gym facility is poor, jacuzzi wasn’t even working when we wanted to get in it and when it was on it was cold. Indoor swimming pool also freezing.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour séjourner à Disney. On a adoré profiter des piscines en cette période de canicule 😅

La restauration n'est pas dingue. Pour le prix, on a préféré dîner dans un restaurant d'hôtel dans le parc.

The food, location and main lobby were excellent

The room we had was basic and underwhelming compared to the reception, the indoor swimming pool was also a health and safety hazard, cold and very small

1- Reception Staff was not helpful 2- The room was not clean in the check in and no good response from hotel management 3- No services in luggage carryon to the room (very hard with family with young kids) 4- No drinkable water in the room, neither facial tissues for families, also, weak response from Staff 5- high coat parking 6- The food quality jn the breakfast is below expectation

For a hotel so close to disneyland slides fun at the pool for kids no life guard inside pool, more disney theme for the price
