I liked the lobby and the grounds. I liked the fact they had a Starbucks onsite and liked that we could as a family of 4 stay in the same room. It was close to Disney

I hated the bus situation in the evening after 9pm it was scary people were fighting to get on the bus back to the hotels and it was no place for children. It was horrible everyone was squashed there was no order what so ever and I think barriers need to be put in place because the dream castle bus was a bus that went to many other hotels too so maybe a individual bus just for that hotel would work better and show a pass for your hotel to the driver when getting on to stop all this mayhem. I think the carpets in the rooms are very dirty and needs cleaning and the breakfast seems repeated and not much on offer. The coffee was awful
