il personale è molto disponibile e dispiace perchè passano le giornate a scusarsi con gli ospiti per l'inadeguatezza della struttura.

temperatura molto fredda nell'area spa/piscine termali dove non è possibile rilassarsi... metà della spa era fuori servizio e la zona relax era congelata (giudizio condiviso anche con altri ospiti). il ristorante Settimo Senso è imbarazzante... assolutamente over priced e di bassa qualità... il ristorante del pranzo è un baretto molto freddo che fa passare l'appetito. sono arrivato con l'idea di non uscire dall'hotel (che sembra fantastico dai social) per 3 giorni ed invece ero sempre in giro in macchina, sotto la neve, a cercare ristoranti e cose da fare.
