El personal es amable y servicial, atento en todo momento, la habitación impecable, sin olores raros, está muy bien ubicado, puedes ir caminando a varios puntos de interés como la plazuela Machado, la plaza Taboada, y varios museos, la playa queda enfrente, la terraza en el piso 11 tiene vista 360 grados de Mazatlan, es espectacular.

La habitación tenía vista al mar, Pero las ventanas estaban algo sucias por fuera y no se apreciaba bien, el equipo de aire acondicionado es algo viejo, no enfría bien y hace ruido.

El desayuno muy rico la vista hermosa y muy amables todos ya quiero regresar

Que un dia se les olvidaron las toallas jiji pero equis solo les llamas al 0 y enseguida te las llevan todo fue hermoso
