The property is right across the street from Mazatlan’s malecon, And very conveniently located for many dining options across from or on the beach. The pool deck on the top of the building off, spectacular views, as too many of the rooms above level four. An excellent breakfast is included in the stay, which is a rarity these days and very appreciated. An all around wonderful place to stay at the southern terminus of Mazatlan’s beach front.

The location is good and the staff were very friendly. The property is looking tired. The rooms are very tight and the bathroom was in great need of a renovation. Cracked tiles, shower head wasn't working properly and it took a long time to drain. There's also no shelves or room to store bathroom items. The keys stopped working almost everyday so we'd have to go back down to get them re-programed. Since we were only there for 4 nights, it was okay, but wouldn't stay here again.

Location is perfect for walking to the beach and exploring the city. The staff is professional, friendly, and provides excellent service. The hotel is well kept and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Definitely a great stay!

Standard rooms are small, dirty windows!! Some construction repairs on our floor and paint smell was bad!!

Great location in the old historic part of Mazatlan. Walkable artisan shopping and many restaurants in the area. Breakfast was wonderful and the service was good. Daily cleaning was good but always had to ask for towels and shower gel. Our room was on the 7th floor partial sea view. The noise from the street did not stop till after midnight! Every night. Party town. Nice bar behind hotel called Macau lots of American locals there and a salon for a facial and massage worth the 60.00 close by. Overall a good stay.

unfortunately despite a great beach location the NOISE issue is real. the street front is trafficked by loud vehicles and loud music from late pm through the evening. we chose a room to face the ocean and you just have to accept the loud music or you will be unhappy. the rest of the hotel is lovely for a 3 star. rooftop pool is fabulous as are the margaritas!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel, we were lucky to upgrade to one of the suites with ocean view. It was so helpful to have a complete small kitchen, dining table and two full bathrooms. The staff was great, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, Specially Julio, he was super attentive and courteous, he took care of us during the delicious buffet hours. I cannot remember the name of one of the bellboys, he was also a waitress and cook!! he made us a delicious ceviche. This hotel is the perfect place to stay, we will definitely be returning on our next trip.

Location was near where we wanted to be--great. Room was switched twice. the fan in the first room would not turn off. In the second room, the door would not lock. The breakfast was generally good . I liked the eggs and ham dishes.

Having to change rooms because of mechanical difficulties. Those things should have been fixed before hand.
