Stunningly beautiful natural environment with the perfect mix of shade and sunshine; relaxed atmosphere; warm, welcoming and helpful staff; great range of activities offered each day; Pip and Nick were exceptional hosts.

The food was good but a bit overpriced with the meal plans. Although there were meal choices each day, there’s no real option other than the meal plans. We would have preferred breakfast to start at 7am instead of 8am as we had our 3yo with us; 8am was too late for him. We also found the staggered dinner times challenging.

Traumhafte Woche im Paradies auf Toberua Unser "Bure 1" direkt am Meer mit Palmen, Liegestühlen und Hängematte war einfach perfekt und genau wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Das Essen war sensationell und abwechslungsreich, das Personal sehr freundlich, persönlich und höflich. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: In unserer Woche (17.12 - 24 12) waren viele Kinder da, dadurch war es zeitweise etwas laut (da Bure direkt neben Billard und Tischtennis-Tisch) – ansonsten absolute Empfehlung.

The staff from the moment we landed to the last minute, were so loving and attentive. The food was delicious. The owner and managers talking to us each night in the bar before dinner made us feel like VIPs.

A slice of paradise, the closest thing to having your own private island! It travelled with our 2 daughter 7 and 5. Toberua Island is truly something special. The crystal-clear waters and marine life are right at your doorstep — you can literally step out of your bure and snorkel among vibrant fish within seconds. There are no crowds, no queues, and no fighting for food or equipment — just peace, beauty, and connection. The staff here are beyond incredible. Everyone is so genuinely friendly and welcoming. When our daughter became unwell during our stay, so many of the team checked in on her and helped us through it, it honestly felt like being cared for by family. What I loved most is how calm and personal the island feels. It’s the perfect place to switch off from the noise of everyday life and just be present. If you’re looking for a true island escape where you feel seen, cared for, and completely at peace Toberua is it. I cant thank the staff enough, so grateful 🙏
