"Will never stay there again!!"

My daughter and I checked in this hotel at 10pm and I usually don't stay at IHG hotels and now I know why ! It was dirty and nasty and I didn't even want to get in the shower or touch the floors, you can stay at a Marriott new property right around the corner for the same price. I checked out and will never stay there again!

The daily cleaning of the rooms was sporadic- relative to what was attended to- sometimes they made the bed and replaced the in room coffee service and towel servicein the bathroom, other days it looked like they just took the trash out, every day was something different. inconsistent and subpar.
