Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waxahachie by IHG

the staff was wonderful with my sister who is a stroke victim and sometimes does things she is not aware. they just took it in stride and went along.. cannot say how much i appreciated it. Most people can get offended but they did not.

I can't really say I didn't like anything but if i had to say something i think someone had been smoking in our room and never of us smokies

Everything was clean, staff was friendly, beds was comfy.

Could not connect to internet when asked about how to setup was given a very short answer that did not resolve issue (was unable to do my work on tablet and used all of my hotspot) key cards would suddenly stopping working leaving us locked out multiple times and having to go get key replaced(3xtimes), after getting our breakfast doors was locked and told us the kitchen was close at 8:45am, we was on the second and whoever was on the 3rd above sounded to have multiple kids running all day and night with concrete boots on.

The lobby was all decorated for fall with decorative pillows and balloon garland. There was always a candy jar at the front desk that was full of candy. In the afternoons, they had a beautiful, hot chocolate bar set up with whipped cream, candy, canes, chocolate, chips, sprinkles, anything you can think of have to put in our own hot chocolate. They also had cookies, pretzels, fruit, snacks, and goldfish at the front desk. We had a family size suite with two bedrooms, which gave us plenty of room. The facility was very clean and close to everything that we needed. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly.
