Great location, great facilities

I booked a pool side villa, I had 2 12 year old boys who are incredibly competent and kind, however me sitting on the deck watching them was not allowed, I needed to be in the pool area with them at all times, even though there is a paid lifeguard on duty. I booked this particular room to ensure I was close but also so that the kids could have fun and I could do what I need to do.. ieā€¦ go have a shower whilst the kids have a swim. I think the rules around 15 and under needing supervision need revision, obviously if I knew my kids needed support at that age I would be there, however for kids that are competent it feels like a restriction I personally wouldnā€™t sign up for again.. holidays are for the whole family at these ages kids need a bit of freedom to play and have fun and parents should be able to be in close proximity without being helicopters. Our local pool allows our kids to attend without parents from 12 years on. I was surprised by this rule that was enforced even when I was so close and watching and they were literally talking in the shallow baby pool.

Treasure island was the perfect family holiday destination. The facilities kept the kids entertained and the location was perfect. Central to every place we needed to go.

I wouldnā€™t recommend staying next to the tennis courts with 0-2 year olds with the noise and lights trying to get them to sleep.

"Good location, good value and clean room available with off street parking"

Good location, close to work and easy to access. Allowed late check in with ease and warm welcome on arrival. Room was well appointed and had everything I needed.

Bed was really uncomfortable, very soft, room was quite noisy as close to the road and very busy even outside of school holidays re movies.

The room was great All the facilities were excellent Staff was super friendly and helpful

Our aircon in our room was very loud and kept us up all night ,to hot to turn of ,tv in bedroom didnt work ..
