location and view from patio was exceptional. cleanliness and appointments in residence were very good. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Nice condo very spacious and good location. Some furniture and carpeting could be replaced but over all a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay.

Ice maker in two units not functional. Said water line was probably frozen and need to be defrosted. Would have had to leave food out. Not acceptable.

We got upgraded to a property across the street at Wailea Ekahi Village. Very happy with the property and want to go back next year. Loved the walking path from neighboring hotel.

The only complaint I have is that the pool wasn't kid friendly. We had 5 little girls with us, and in the evening, we were always asked to leave the facility because they were too noisy. Also, the hot tub was cold for several days in a row.

Considering how much less it cost than nearby non-resort hotels, I was astounded at how nice this property was. The washer and dryer and multiple bedrooms/bathrooms were excellent, and I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and condition of the unit. No odors or stickiness or any of the other issues that tend to occur at properties with kitchens. Check-in was easy and the walk to resorts and shops was fine (although there's a section without a sidewalk and the hills might be a bit much for those with mobility issues). I had no complaints at all.
