The 1 parking spaces per room. As that's not mentioned during the booking. & the room is outdated.

The elevator was broken, the hallways had a bad smell, the room wasn't what I had booked, and the extra breakfast I paid for did not include my whole family even when at booking said it did.

USIt was clean. Everyone was nice and helpful. I centrally located to everything. Loved waking up to the ocean sunrise.
The parking garage is a little tight. The first ramp is a bit scary.

1 elevator was down for the entire week! 1 working elevator for 9 floors of guests is tough. I would definitely return to Four Points though!
