USUSOcean front view and the shower. Also, the smell when you enter the hotel was WONDERFUL!
We were put on the second floor very close to the cafe and it was very loud. I did ask to be move to a higher floor and they took care of that.
USUSThe mattress was comfortable. There was a balcony overlooking the ocean. Having a refrigerator was great.
They seemed to be having a lot of maintenance issues. The carpet was soaking wet from the AC. So much so that my daughter slipped on the tile after walking on the carpet because her shoes were so wet. Maintenance took care of the AC & put an industrial fan to dry the carpet. However it took 2 days for it to dry & in the interim we had to be cautious about slipping.

Toilet very low. Had to told on the wall to get up.

The elevator was broken, the hallways had a bad smell, the room wasn't what I had booked, and the extra breakfast I paid for did not include my whole family even when at booking said it did.
