The one staff member who cared enough about my discomfort to move me and my family to another room

-guests drinking out front and making loud noises until 10:30pm and peeing on the tree out front -how dirty the rooms and bathroom were -having to go to the front counter to get toilet paper the next morning -the bathroom counter needed repair - the bathroom doors need replacing -mildew in the shower -grout missing from the tiles in the room -mold and mildew stains in the pool area

Location was fine

Broken hide a bed Mattress on it was disgusting do children could not even use it on the floor Bathroom tiles lifted so a huge gap visible
