Check in was a breeze

The parking lot was so much trash and the hallway was dirty. The room has bad smells.

If nighttime noise from traffic doesn't bother you, this is a good place to stay. It is close to many places, the parking is easy and free, and there is a pool that can be enjoyed when the weather is warm enough.

The room was spacious and clean. The carpet is kind of old. But the bed was comfortable. A good room for a reasonable rate.

Always a please staying here, will continue to come back! Always feel safe and such a quiet neighborhood

Housecleaners were usually friendly but not for recent stay. We regularly stay here, so don’t ruin our good impressions and eventually our loyalties

This is our 2nd time staying at the Oak Tree inn. The 1st time we stayed it was a very quick and easy check in. We stay at another hotel after we came back to town, and after our stay there, let me tell you I’d choose the Oak Tree Inn over that other hotel any day. Which is why we stayed again for a 2nd time and will be staying for our 3rd time during Christmas. I love the fact they accommodated us and gave us the same room requested from our 1st visit! Such a nice and understanding staff, love the little breakfast choices in the morning! Great for a quick grab if your headed out fast. All around best hotel/inn ever stayed in and we will keep coming back!

Clean rooms but has a little old smell to it. Sink and bathroom is old and rusty. Only good thin I like about it is the safe parking lot and good area. Other then the old hotel, it is good for just one night.

Clean room and sheets smelled fresh. Just didn’t like the stained carpet, but everything else was good.
