I would stay again

I get a call from them the day I'm driving there and ask me how many beds and what floor I would like. I told them 1 bed and first floor. I was very impressed and thought that was a nice touch. I also told them I would be coming in late around 10pm and they said no problem. When I get there I have to check in at a "Night window", which is fine. But the guy who checked us in seemed annoyed we were there then after 15 minutes of whatever he was doing back at the desk he comes back and says here your keys and I noticed it's on the second floor. So I ask him how many beds are in my room and he says 2. So I tell him that someone called me earlier and asked me what room I would like and told him I was to get something in the first floor as my girlfriend has bad knees and it was to be one king bed. He then acts upset and says he'll fix it. Then after that he says he can't as they are booked and that's all they have left. So why was I called to ask me those specific things then got nothing I requested? The place is old and the outside is full of cigarette butts and look old inside the room. The room was clean and they do have a selection of snacks for breakfast which was nice. It is also great location right off the highway and next to a few fast food places. One last thing... The parking lot is extremely small and it's hard to get a full size truck in there. Especially when all the compact cars take the full size spots leaving only compact spots to try and squeeze into.

Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The pool looked fantastic- just a little too cold for a swim. The location close to old Monrovia and shops - very convenient.

This place is simple and clean. Also, the beds were comfortable.

Always wear flip flops in unknown showers, and so glad I brought them on this trip because that wasn’t my hair.

We were very happy with the service, and the staff was very helpful. We will recommend a stay at this hotel to friends and family.

Average motel, not bad but not great either.

We enjoyed staying at Oak Tree. It has been a very pleasant stay for the short time we were there. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
