I was delighted with the room. It was great to have a beautifully clean family room. There was a great range of food for breakfast. I loved the hazelnuts. I was very impressed by the variety. The air conditioning worked very well in the room.

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden, und als ich auf der Suche nach einer Lademöglichkeit für einen Kurzschluss im Zimmer sorgte, wurde uns sehr schnell und verständnisvoll geholfen. Frühstück okay. Shuttle-Dienst von und zum Flughafen pünktlich.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht dem zeitgemäßen Anspruch: Teppichböden im Zimmer, Sanitäranlagen sauber aber eben nicht zeitgemäß, alte USB-Stecker, nur "britische" Steckdosen. Na ja, und am Flughafen liegt das Hotel auch nicht.

The wait staff was excellent

Shuttle service was a total fail. We waited 1:15 + in the hot sun- we counted every other hotel shuttle running 3-4x before ours arrived. After waiting patiently for :50 we called the hotel- waited on hold :10, the answering agent was not helpful, claiming it would be another:30 for the next shuttle! When I explained we had already been waiting close to an hr, no apology, no explanation, she didn’t even know exactly what the bus looked like. Described as black, electric bus on Booking- it was a smaller white mini bus actually. We checked every vehicle that entered- no matter. Just as we were going to grab a taxi, it came-driver had no explanation-saying he just came on shift. After waiting so long, this driver didn’t go directly to the hotel-he diverted to drop off a driver first, I presume his tardy co-worker. I am a seasoned traveler & understand waiting is part of the deal, but do not advertise you have an airport shuttle when it doesn’t run as promised. And to add to this shortfall…in the morning after arriving downstairs early as required and loading up the driver spent :10 chatting to his replacement in the bus leaving the guests to wait after the scheduled departure time. The conversation was not relevant to the job, just social conversation that we of course got to share. Normally it wouldn’t have bothered us but considering we were told to arrive early & the customers appear to be the last consideration to this hotel Also, after sitting in the sun so long, we were looking forward to nice shower- the shower button was stuck on scolding hot, so a shower was no longer available- it was 8pm so I didn’t bother calling down to desk as I knew I would be waiting again. The beds were okay but bedding was low quality & pillows were foam….very poor nights sleep, with early departure time. Overall not a pleasant stay at a price point that deserved far better. Would not recommend.

Sehr gute Lage, sowohl zum Flughafen, als auch zur Innenstadt: Busverbindung nur 4 min entfernt! Zimmer vollständig und modern und ansprechend ausgestattet. Bad mit Badewanne, getrennter Dusche und viel Ablagen. Reichhaltiges , gutes Frühstück
