"Best hotel staff in Ireland."

Great hotel. Perfect location for Dublin Airport. Free shuttle bus too! A special mention for Marcella in the club lounge. Very friendly and attentive.

"Good hotel but no WiFi in the rooms!"

After a long day of missing my flight connection and being bounced around to a couple different hotels, I ended up at the Crown Plaza. The front desk agent seemed like she was ready from a script rather than being welcoming. The first room I got put into smelled so bad I needed to ask the front desk for a room change which they did quickly for me. The room was nice and worth staying in but the only place you could get WiFi was in the lobby which as an American, WiFi was very important to connect with my husband to inform him that I was not making it back to America. The man in the night restaurant which I think his name was Jordan helped me connect to his personal hotspot to help me connect with my husband! He went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful for him. Overall this was a good hotel but please work on your WiFi in your rooms!
