Trafford Hall Hotel Manchester, A Brilliant Hotels Collection

The hotel is lovely and clean, the staff are lovely. It’s super close to the tram station which makes it so easy to get into the city centre. This is the third time we have stayed here and twice they upgraded us to the Trafford suite. Beautiful room with a huge comfortable bed 😍

Came up for park life festival. The staff were very helpful and honestly couldn’t do enough for us. 15% off food and drinks for every guest that stays at the hotel, always clean. They upgraded us for free when we arrived with a ground floor room and a king size bed. The food is really nice and I’d recommend anyone to try. You also get Netflix, prime, Disney + ect. 100% will be back.

La stanza era di buone dimensioni, letto comodo, divano, scrivania, armadio, tutto il necessario per appoggiare bagagli ed effetti personali. Asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno, disponibile asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro e bollitore. Disponibile un parcheggio (da noi non utilizzato ma comunque può sempre essere utile). Vicinissimo alla fermata del tram per andare in centro, visto che la zona è leggermente fuori. In linea con il prezzo pagato (quel weekend c'erano diversi eventi a Manchester quindi tutte le strutture avevano prezzi alti, considerando questo ho trovato comunque un discreto rapporto qualità prezzo, in una situazione standard mi sarei aspettata di pagare un po' meno).

La moquette in camera ma sapevo che l'avrei trovata. Le pulizie forse non venivano effettuate in modo proprio accuratissimo (al nostro arrivo c'erano dei capelli sul muro della doccia e sono rimasti anche successivamente finché non li ho tolti io). Interruttore della luce vicino al mio comodino non funzionante.
