"Absolutely incredible "

I don't usually write reviews but the staff at the Ramada are an asset to their resort and I must commend them for an amazing service. By far the most friendly and welcoming staff I have come across. The rooms were very clean, pool and restaurant were also very good with incredible views. Taxi service was very easy to access by the reception staff with only a few minute drives to markets etc. Will definitely be back here again.

"Not a good experience "

The only good thing about this hotel is the food and the place itself because is a beautiful property. The rest is awful. We had two rooms 406 and 708. On 406 the internet never worked, we need to call several times to get it fixed, the beds are bricks and the rooms are very small. We request a queen bed and they gave us two twins together, I can feel the gap between the two beds. I called reception and they explain that this is the only way they do the queen beds. I went there to rest and end it up with back pain. The service on the pool was really bad. I went two times to ask for the menu and to order a bottle of wine that they bring hot and took them 30 minutes to bring. One guy came to tell me sorry the waiter forgot but he didn’t forgot to check his phone was he was always on it. Really bad service. I don’t recommend this place.

"Nice hotel - what one would expect for its price"

Nice hotel, well located and not too far from downtown Bodrum and the coast. Friendly staff, nice swimming pool, great Spa and decent food. breakfast buffet is served on the outside open terrace, they could do with some grater variation on their fruit offering which was the only crib I would have frmo the visit.
