We stayed at building 3 and it was a short walk to the beach. Pavilion, pool, restrooms, beach, everything was clean and beautiful. Our condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back.
Main AC did notcwork properly. No one informed of the excavation and resurfacing of all the parking lots. My traveling companion is bland and can only walk shirt distances with cane. We could not get her back and forth to pool, vehicle or beach. They shouldnt have rented out unit during it

Over all it was OK. ‘B’. If you put a property by the ocean, with amazing view, it’s really hard for it to not be pretty. Rooms are ok. A little outdated. The biggest problem with this property is communication. They did a terrible job from the beginning. Explaining how off site check in works. Do I need to worry about getting to the property? The towels handed to me are for what? Etc. not great. Also, if you’re staying on this property, you’ll need a car. Very limited options in walking distance.
Very beautiful
This is the PERFECT spot to vacation. We had so much privacy, it felt like we were the only people. The grounds are gorgeous, the pool options range from “swim on your own!” to “hang out with other people right in front of the ocean and go ahead and refrigerate your water!” We did our own laundry so easily and that removed some stress for me. Plenty of space to just live our lives and enjoy paradise. I had to get in a 10 mile run while on vacation and I felt very safe doing that in this area, with nearby paths that followed the shoreline for 3 miles, all the shopping and lighted sidewalks- it was amazing.
Property was well maintained with multiple pools. Main pool area was steps from the beach and featured a pavilion with multiple refrigerators, stove, ice maker, and oven. Our unit showed some wear and tear, but was more than adequate for our family. The king bed was comfortable. It’s a steep walk back to the units not close to the beach.
Propert was super clean. Close to literally everything. They have a kitchen at the pool (pavillion) you can heat up food, cook pizzas, use grills for lunch or dinner. It's perfect for families with kids. Beach is super clean and just beautiful. Would highly recommend
USCheck in and check out was a breeze.
The fitness gym is an absolute disaster....locked beyond the open times, tiny room, old equipment and very limited.
