The property is beautiful. We loved the location close to the beach.The unit was very clean, comfortable, and a lovely place to stay. Definitely looking forward to a return visit.

Second time we have stayed in this exact unit in two years. Had a great time and we would stay again. Views are wonderful, pool is solid, beach access is easy and the water and snorkeling are very good there. This precise unit could use a painting on the trimwork throughout. Painting the walls would be a welcome bonus. Maybe its a sign the place is well used because its great. Mudroom entry way is very useful. Balconies galore and AC works. Coral Tree - It is a major felony to not have the unit ready by the already late 4pm checkin time. We had to wait for 20 minutes with my hot and cranky kids while we waited in front of the office. Then we found cookies and a note in the place thanking us for our repeat business. I would have preferred zero notes and zero cookies and the room ready at the time we mutually agreed to. I know we are all busy etc but you have got to nail the arrival.
It is a nice rental property in a nice location overall. It has multiple buildings and units with b ACH direct access. There are several swimming pools, many people have fun playing in swimming poor. Also it is one of best sunsets from the main swimming poor and from the central lawn field. I am really enjoyed. The unit we stayed is large one bed room equipped with a full kitchen set, if someone like cook inside. There are many high ended restaurants and a shopping mall in a short during distance. Our rental unit is however in the out periphery, next to a busy street with traffic noice and right at main entrance to the complex. The street night lights are dim and felt a little unsafe walking outside the unit. There is no easy walkable places to have meals, however many dinning options with delicious meals if driving about 15 mins.
USThe property was beautiful with mature foliage and tropical flowers. The main pool was large (and heated) and just steps from the sandy beach. Nice BBQ facility and the apartment was immaculate, comfortable and had a spectacular view of the ocean. A large lanai was right off the kitchen and living room and was equipped with a table, chairs and lounge chairs, which we loved. The apartment also had an abundance of drawer space, which was nice for our longer stay, and the closet had plenty of hangars as well. We loved our stay and will definitely return in the future!
Although the main pool and beach is considered to be within walking distance, we found that not to be true from our apartment. It was at least a 15 or 20 minute walk with lots of twists and turns, making it easy to get lost. However, we were able to drive closer to the pool and park our car in a nearby parking lot that was part of the complex, so that worked nicely for us. We also missed having restaurants within walking distance as every one required a drive to the restaurant location. But this was not a huge issue for us, just a comment as we have stayed in Kaanapali before, which has many dining options within easy walking distance. We do, however, prefer the beauty of Wailea!
USOur condo was clean and nicely furnished. The washer/dryer, ocean view, private resort beach access, free parking, accessible snorkeling and linen service were especially liked. It was minutes from our conference at the Amanda’s resort but much more accommodating than a hotel room with the full kitchen. Check in was easy and we really liked the community kitchen and eating space near the pool.
One of the women’s pool showers needed maintenance. Everything else was perfect. Cannot wait to return.
My friends got an upgrade room with full renovations and bigger spaces and facing the beach but we don’t. Overall it’s nice
