Spacious room with everything we needed. Good restaurant choices nearby. I was a little uneasy outside at the property - seemed like there were some long term tenants? That said, there were no issues

The staff was so friendly.

It wasn’t cleaned properly. I had a dead bee on the floor. The ac unit stopped working. A dead bug in the shower.

Not much of anything

Once we were checked in, we were directed to the closest entrance to our room. There we were welcomed(not really) by a dark parking area. There were quite a few people hanging out in the.parking lot and making a lot of noise. The hallway reminded me more of a poorly maintained nursing home. There was a very strong odor of urine . The room was very gloomy and uninviting. The TV had no signal. None of the cables were connected properly, if at all. When I called the front desk to see if someone could help, I was greeted by a voicemail that sounded like someone's personal voicemail. Then, I was connected with the main reservation line for APM. After experiencing so many unpleasant factors, we left the room and dropped the key in the drop-off box at 12:37 a.m Due to all of the unpleasant factors, we were there less than an hour . I would appreciate a total refund

Average room for a good place. Good if you just need a place to get a few zzz’s. Door lock could have been more secure.
