Microtel by Wyndham Baguio

Very close to bus station but we drove our car. Parking was good. The queen suite type room as spacious enough with sitting area and refrigerator and kettle. Water station in the hallway.

Breakfast very limited. We did see some get hard boiled eggs delivered but did not know that was available was not in the buffet.

The hotel is clean and staff are very polite and helpful.

All the staff are exceptionally hospitable, always going the extra mile to make your stay truly worthwhile. The rooms are tidy, clean, and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is equally pleasant and inviting.

The breakfast is good in terms of taste and quality, but the selection of food could be improved. Adding more variety would make the dining experience even better and cater to a wider range of preferences.

We had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made it ideal for our family. The location is also excellent—very close to SM Mall, Session Road, restaurants, and convenience stores, making it very convenient for guests. We would also like to commend the security guard, who was consistently helpful and always greeted us with a warm smile. His positive attitude truly stood out. HOWEVER‼️, we encountered an issue during our check-in experience. The two young men at the front desk made us feel uncomfortable due to their behavior. They appeared to communicate with each other in a discreet manner while smiling, which felt unusual and, at times, made it seem like they had a concern or issue with us. This happened repeatedly whenever we approached the front desk, creating an awkward atmosphere for me and my family. As a VIP Diamond member, I believe it is important to acknowledge this kind of experience, as professionalism and guest comfort at the front desk are essential. I hope the management can address this to ensure a more welcoming and reassuring environment for all guests. Overall, the stay was good, but there is definitely room for improvement in customer service at the front desk.

Very good customer service. Staff were very nice from the entrance (will welcome and open card doors and help with lyggages) to front desk to housekeeping.

It's located at a very busy part of the city. It may be very good for some but for senios like me i would prefer a little father from the city and quiter.

This is a great hotel for my purpose. Its amenities location and service are all spot on. While it can get pricey often, when they pricr is discounted it is the value proposition I never miss.

It was close to the bus terminal. Amenities are great. Wifi speed is good too. Staff were great.

Everyone is very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. We had a very pleasant encounter with Daisylyn who is very smart, Josh who is hardworking, the guards who are courteous, the buffet staff who are kind, and all the other staff who are doing their jobs diligently. The lobby, public toilet, and rooms are also well-maintained. Other than these, I like the amenities such as the ice machine and water dispenser.
