"Great staff and good location for Knoxville."

Great breakfast and staff. Front desk staff also very helpful. Pet charge was very acceptable as compared to the competition. This was the main reason to choose this location! Elevators were very clean and well maintained. Staff was seen multiple times wiping down the elevators.

Bed was hard as a board. Didn’t see cleaning staff using sweepers on the rooms. Just brooms. Not good for allergies. Price was high just for two nights.

First room had dirty tub & toilet was incessantly running & couldn’t flush. Got reassigned to new room & new room had the air conditioning unit falling apart. At least it was clean though.

Outdated, conditioning units in room falling apart.
