I did not like the cleanliness of the hotel. It looks like it could be clean on the outside but on the inside there are roaches, bugs on the pillows, ash shavings in the tissue holder in a nonsmoking room, human nose pollution on the walls and doors, dirt on the walls (due to lack of wiping the walls in the bathroom and at the front door), window seals in wiped....I could go on. Wow...it looks as though the helpers need to be paid more to clean the rooms up to par. I paid 219.00/per night for a terribly cleaned motel like room. My stay was bareable, because I cleaned the room so that I would not have to see my children would not touch the walls.

This place was filthy. It smelled, the floors were literally slimy, and we saw at least 3 live roaches while there. There was a stinky wet/damp/dank atmosphere to the point where we left our personal items and luggage in the car! We had no choice because it was an FSU Graduation prepay. We ended up buying our own towels and bedding as we were so grossed out by the rest of the room. We used their towels to walk on so we didn't have to touch the floor and they were full of dirt and dinge when we left. We left a night before our rez ended because we literally couldn't stand the thought of staying another night. The owners/management should be ashamed to even offer accomodations in this condition, and Expedia should not support this business. Took pix and will likely report to whomever governs hotels. Do not stay here unless you enjoy absolute filth. We did not bother to alert mgmt because it seemed to be their accepted norm, it was THAT filthy. Just ick, we should really demand a refund.

It was scary, dirty, unkept, super overpriced. I had 2 rooms for 3 nights each and I pay $1,800. This is too much money for a motel that is not even a one star motel. I’m extremely disappointed.

I have to be real here, there wasn’t much to like about this property unfortunately, however the staff was really kind and very attentive. It was the only good thing about the stay.

It needs TLC. The buildings have potential they just need care. The parking lots need to be repaved and the lines repainted. The rooms are not up to par with the price they charge. Stains on virtually everything, cracks, burn marks on wall, cigarette burns on carpet, and random roaches. The bed was decent but the pillows could be more comfortable. I just felt itchy staying here. Also the $100 incidental deposit to me is hilarious considering a lot of things are dirty and cracked already. The smoke detector was coming out of the ceiling as well. It was maybe a third of what we payed to stay there.

Good overall a few outlets were nonfunctional though

No repairs done in the past 5 years. Units need to be gutted and everything replaced. Carpers dirty. Room smelled nice, but overly sprayed fragrance.

The employees there was A1 from the time we got there to the time we left.

Everything was nice and maintained.

No breakfest, location good.

Very old. Needs fixing up. Didn't like killing roaches.
