Dirty, dead roaches , nasty outside. They checked me into a room never cleaned. Then it took 10 minutes to find a clean room.

The price was good, and the AC kept the room comfortable in the summer heat. The receptionist was super friendly and made me feel appreciated.

The bathroom has stains on the sink area, as in rust circles, and the floor collected humidity.

Everything was dirty and bed was not made or clean.

Employees were very rude and did not seem to want to do anything but not work or clean my room.

Nothing, showed up and I immediately realized it was a mistake. Don't prepay for anything. I was charged a 100.00 holding fee and I'm still waiting on it to be returned. I left because I was shown a room full of large cockroaches across the street in a hole. There was a family standing around the door of the room and they were laughing hysterically like here comes another sucker. I asked for a room on the bottom floor only to be told there were none available but I saw ten empty rooms.

Everything. The room was disgusting. I felt like it's the room used to set guests up for the okey doke. You prepaid so we show you this creepy room in the most creepiest part of the property hoping we piss you off and then you will leave. We have your money and duces to you. Maybe because I was from a neighboring city but I was too tired to make it home; and asked myself "how bad could it be." Booking.com agent simply hung up on me mid-sentence. I was offered another room in the same area. No one has money to just throw away but I was just tired and frustrated. I went a few miles away and booked my own room with Red Roof and slept fine.
