Todo el staff, especialmente los recepcionistas y principalmente Adrián, son muy amables y serviciales. La gente del restaurante, sobretodo los meseros más jóvenes, también brindan una atención excelente! Hay café y agua fresca todo el tiempo, el hotel es limpio, la piscina climatizada es de buen tamaño para relajarse un rato y los cuartos son de buen tamaño y todo muy cómodo. La vista es bonita, se ve la selva de cemento pero atrás unas hermosas montañas

Todo me gustó pero creo que el área de negocios debería ser una sala privada, de la forma como lo tienen está muy cerca de la recepción y en un pasillo donde pasan personas constantemente, es más como la barra de un bar pero en el medio del pasillo, no es un lugar ideal para hacer una videollamada de negocios o algo por el estilo. El gimnasio está bien equipado con mancuernas, estera, elíptica, bicicleta etc tienen toallas y agua, pero sería una mejora increíble que pusieran una máquina de musculación
