The office staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are nice.

I still haven't received my damage deposit from the 15th. They said three to five business days. It's been officially five and still nothing.

"I don’t think I would be using this HOTEL again. I left on the 14th at 5 AM that morning. Still haven’t received my depo"

Location was really nice

The clerk that checked us in was really rude The spray they use in the room when they did clean smelt like environment fluid on my last night they didn’t clean the room. I asked for someone to bring a plunger. I left for my outing that day came back after 10 at night room was not clean. Had to go to the front desk and get towels and the plunger to unstop the toilet

They had a decent pool

It was just in a bad area. They tried to scam me out of my deposit. I did nothing wrong to the room, and they tried to keep my deposit. I had to call them about it, and they said they accidentally changed it. I think they try to do that to everyone. So be careful. I don't know why they would because when I called them on it, they said it was only an accident. I still have not received my money back from them, and I'm about to call the bbb on them for trying to steal it. The rooms are old and a lot of stuff needs to be fixed. Beds are uncomfortable. It's surrounded by homeless who are crazy and violent. The toilet back was cracked and they just glued it back. The light fixture above the sink was cracked. There were chips out of the wood framing. There was trash left in the desk. The cabinet under the TV was all rotted inside.
