The Waterfront Suites - Heritage Collection

I would definitely go here again. Right on the water with modern new rooms, large lounge kitchen and bedroom. The bathroom has heated tiled floor that really works! Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Easy stroll to all the shops restaurants and the ferry over to Russell. Good indoor parking. Nice greenery all around the central courtyard.

It's a very rainy stay at this hotel making it impossible to enjoy what Paihia has to offer. But, the closeness to the town made it very easy to find food, supplies and see the sea. The suite is sparkling clean and spacious, no issue with the staff. Easy check in and check out. The property also has free underground parking and it's nicely lit and has wider space than other hotel parking. Room is very nice, bathroom is very clean and has it's own washer and dryer. They even provide laundry soap, dishwashing and coffee/tea. This suite has full size kitchen with modern appliance and has dishwashing (which is very nice when you're on vacation). Only thing weird about this suite is the bathroom is very big but does not have shower division (only shower curtain) which makes the whole bathroom wet when you have a shower. (i guess it's because it's for pwd). I wish we we're assigned to normal bathroom considering we had a child who can slip into the wet bathroom floors.

Spacious apartment with great views. Perfect for family with kids. Full kitchen n plenty of space (we had 4 adults and two kids).

My husband and I stayed there for three nights, great facility and well maintained. Daily room service which was much appreciated. A lovely personalised card and chocolates in our room on arrival. The lovely heated swimming pool was great. It was so close to everything in Paihia we just walked. Well worth the money and highly recommended.

Had a brilliant 2 days stay for our honeymoon. Easy secure parking underneath, walk to the shops, activities, piers and beach across the road.

Fantastic location, right by the main restaurants, shops and the pier. Good modern facilities that were clean and tidy. Small but warm, salt water swimming pool, accessed directly from most ground floor rooms. A few of the cutlery and crockery had been put away dirty by a previous guest, but this was understandably missed by the housekeeping staff, who were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend booking a room for a relaxing getaway. The cost is a bit higher than most of the similar options but worth it for the location and facilities provided.

Beautiful resort in a brilliant location. All staff very helpful and accommodating. Our apartment was well maintained, very spacious and clean. We could not fault anything and will defiantly return soon!

What an outstanding resort, it has the location the style and a high degree of quality. Not many places I’ve been can offer a kitchen with views over there water to Russell! From before we arrived the team were looking after us, on arrival a seamless check in and a well presented apartment awaited us. The rooms are stunning, well maintained and very clean. The kitchen was one the best I’ve seen in this style of accommodation- it actually had the tools to cook a meal. I managed a couple of meals and breakfasts with ease. The beds were comfortable and modern. Awesome aircon meant even with a 30 degree day we slept in comfort. The pool is fantastic, deep and clean. Great car parking, a safe secure location. All round a wonderful place!

Right on the beach front opposite the Wharf. The accommodation was excellent only a shame that I booked so late we couldn't stay longer. The location, views and the room were great but what made it exceptional was the friendly and accommodating service with a smile that Sam provided. Sam was amazing and very helpful. THANKS SAM!
