The guy who checked us in was polite but that was about it.

The room smelled muggy and like it was smoked in. The beds were listed as Queen Size, they looked more like fulls. The coffee maker? What coffee maker? There were “room” brew coffees. No coffee maker. No safe. Our lock was broken. The “Premium” WiFi wasn’t so premium. The trash cans were really small. The pool was salty, it was kind of nice but murky and so was the hot tub. The window in our room was disgusting. The head board one the beds were disgusting. It felt really sketchy. The hot water dispenser in the food area should have a warning. I thought it was tailored to the cups you have but it overflowed and I burned my hand. My thumb got the worst of it though. The janitor that cleaned up was complaining about the mess even though my Sister and Boyfriend cleaned a majority of it up. Overall it sucked. Room 204.

The breakfast was outstanding every morning, from the food to the juice and coffee. It was super quiet during the entire stay. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly.

Breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh and delicious. The area was clean and very pleasant. The selection of was plentiful of great quality.
