Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tampa

The absolute worst casino as far as comps and return to player. The payback percentage is probably 25% at best corruption no gaming commission. Oh well their gaming commission is called Seminole gaming commission they oversee themselves if you value your money go to a place that has an outside gaming commission. I had a couple pictures of the difference between a Biloxi casino and what they give me here in Tampa and I play more here in Tampa absolute garbage here in Tampa.

We enjoyed our stay here as we went to a concert right across the street at the fair grounds. Our room was bigger than expected and very nice.

Our check in was ove an hour late.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I arrived at the hotel at 4:00 AM and was initially told that my room would be ready at 6:00 AM. Then I was told 7:00 AM, and later I was informed that I would have to wait until 10:00 AM. The constant changes and lack of clear communication were extremely frustrating. What bothered me the most was the lack of empathy from the front desk staff. I was visibly exhausted after traveling, yet no effort was made to accommodate me or even show understanding of my situation. The staff came across as cold, indifferent, and uninterested in providing good customer service. Because I was so tired and could not continue waiting, I ultimately had to cancel my reservation and find another hotel. This was extremely disappointing, especially after being given several different check-in times throughout the morning. What makes this even more unfortunate is that I genuinely liked the hotel. The property looked beautiful, and I was excited to enjoy everything it had to offer. Unfortunately, because of the situation with my room and the lack of support from the front desk, I never had the opportunity to experience any of the amenities or services. A hotel should not only provide rooms but also make guests feel welcomed and cared for. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I strongly believe the front desk team needs additional training in customer service and guest relations. A little kindness, empathy, and professionalism would have made a significant difference. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the guest experience, because the hotel itself seems wonderful.

We hadn’t visited for over a year and normally stayed in the newer East Tower. We need a fully accessible room and Room 523 in the West Tower was exceptional. Very clean, roomy and beautifully decorated. Definitely a resort vibe and every employee was very accommodating. We needed an extra blanket and a little help streaming to the TV. Awesome response both times. Casino has lots of new machines and are constantly cleaned by staff. Very good food at Rise, but there were many other choices for food. Definitely miss the Asian food at the food court, which was removed and now is a gaming area. Valet was also a very good experience as well. Prompt and helpful but if you want there are plenty of free parking options.
