i got the 2bed 2bath suite, nice place for sure. i unfortunately was next door to a drunk loud family, so that didnt help my feelings about the place the pool was great, however, the service was horrible. the bartenders were understaffed, and the front desk service wasnt much better. i cant imagine how they sell these properties as timeshares when if you did purchase one, the service youd be paying for is not acceptable.

It was good because nice and clean property with courteous staff.

Here for a timeshare presentation. Full disclosure we have experience with Hilton and Marriott programs. We use the Marriott program but buy on open market. First Hyatt vacation resort. It isn’t in the same league in many areas. Outside some nice common areas it’s old. The room is embarrassing. It looks like it was updated partially about 6 times and the age, style, fitment, and condition are all over the place. It’s more like a 3rd rate off strip Vegas joint. Needs tlc, care, and a complete makeover. This makes declining the timeshare offer super easy. I think Hyatt is trying to get into this niche but this is a poor showing.

Loved bartenders Anthony was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Loved the hut tub in our room and the lazy river was my favorite!
