Check in was a bit of a nightmare - poor girl at reception had a group of about 60 pilgrims to check in all by herself. We were, unfortunately, right in line after them and had to wait while she punched in details from dozens of passports. Even worse, the guy between that large group and us was yelling at her. A hotel hosting large tour groups should have more than one person at the check-in counter! Then a pipe burst on the bidet in the room, which we weren't using, flooding the bathroom. Not a bad experience overall, but that place could use a bit of help!

We did a Camino and it was great to enjoy real comfort at the end. Convenient location. Breakfast dining room has a great view from the 10th floor

The hotel was very good except lacked staff to help - no porters to help carry the bags. We came in a MB van that cannot fit their parking door had to park on the street.

The breakfast, staff, and rooms were great! But they had a shortage of large beds and we ended up getting 2 different rooms with single beds pushed together. I feel like it’s something common in Spain but it would have been nice to have more access to larger beds for 2 people.
