A única coisa que pode melhorar eh o atendimento à porta mais tarde da noite. Acredito que a campainha esteja quebrada. Só consertar que resolve o problema.

very friendly staff good selection and varied options for breakfast great facilities with heated pool and sauna very convenient location, walking distance from center and beaches Manager Alex was particularly helpful. He is very approachable and gave us a lot of tips for a better stay in Buzios

we were unlucky to have a party house nearby that affected our sleep. local staff was very helpful in reporting it to the local authorities. however the process took a few days
