just the location is good

The place is run down. Not well kept. Dirty and it needs upgrades. Price is not cheap either. Staffs are not honest. Promoting to next door restaurant and gym. Misinformed guests that it was free gym while actually is not.

The location was amazing!!

Our shower wouldn’t get hot, and they said there was nothing they could do about it which was hard because we had kids with us. Another thing was the pool was supposed to be ready and it wasn’t, one of the reasons we chose the surfer was because the pool, so it wasn’t a bummer it was out of service.
