Surfer Beach Hotel

Angel at the front desk made my stay here so amazing he was very kind to me and my special needs daughter. Angel was also very informative and always had a great attitude and very accomadating. Angel has been the best front desk agent I have ever came across. Because of him i will definitely be coming back. The o ly thing I didn't like about the hotel was u still had to pay for packing I was here 2 days and it coast 75$on top of all the fees.and I would differently use Expedia.com or hotels.com its cheaper then just coming and booking it here.

Direkt am Sandstrand gelegen, hat man schon früh morgens die Gelegenheit, einen wunderschönen Spaziergang zu machen. Restaurants und kleine Shops sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotz Partymeile war es nachts ruhig.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung war etwas abgewohnt. Die Fliegentür war defekt und wurde vom Personal entfernt. Eine Zimmerreinigung fand bei 4 Übernachtungen nicht statt. Obwohl wir bereits im Februar gebucht hatten und um ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen gebeten haben, bekamen wir ein Zimmer in der ersten Etage. Das Zimmer 205 ist NICHT zu empfehlen! Der Meerblick: erst Pool, dann die Dächer des benachbarten Restaurants inclusive Küchenabzug und deren Patio., dann erst ein Blick auf das Meer. Ab 7:30 Uhr kam der Geruch von gebratenem Speck ins Zimmer.

The location and staff were incredible. This stay made the trip wonderful. The rooms were not fancy but they were comfortable, the view and location exceeded my expectations. Angel and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Arrived early as I had informed them. Was told room cleaning and early check in would be a priority. Didn't check in until regular check in time. Not a big deal,but would have been nice to get the room soonersince we arrived at 12:00 and made other plans because of this..

The hotel's location is excellent, with direct beach access and a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance. Parking was convenient and hassle-free,

If comfort and cleanliness are your top priorities, this hotel may fall short in both areas. While the rooms appear to have been refreshed, they still show their age. We stayed for three nights, and although it wasn't a major issue for us, housekeeping service was not provided during our stay. Overall, the accommodations felt somewhat dated despite the updates.
