"Awesome owner/front desk clerk "

Nice room, nice owner, he was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. The room does need a little TLC, but overall, we had a great stay. I would recommend this place and if we come this way again, we would stay here. And there is a McDonald's next door.

I wasn’t expecting it to be the way it was… glad to know they had late stay overs 25$ to stay till 2 is amazing

I did not like my view business was being put out without putting it out but it was fine I enjoyed myself

"HIGH LITE OF A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE "

Me, 3 friends and 3 pugs were driving from Kentucky to Houston Texas. Are whole experience in Arkansas was horrible. Horrible roads, horrible drivers, and horrible gas stations that would make a third world communist country gas station look like Ritz Carlton hotel. We were tired and just wanted to eat and rest then we found the " Americas Best Value Inn and Suites" We just didn't care where we stopped and expected the worst and it ended up being the high light of our trip to this point. It's nothing fancy but it's clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating and had no problem with us having 3 pugs. The building is dated and a few light repairs that could be made to the building but we didn't care. The beds were stupid comfy and strangely we all had a great night's sleep. They even had a light complemtry breakfast. A 2 Queen bed room was $129. BARGIN! Plus they have a small pool...again nothing special and it's small but it works. Expect the parking to be pretty busy and when we were there I counted 4 double axle dump trucks parked there "guess some of the road construction crews were staying there" there are a few other places to stay in town but Americas Best Value Inn had the majority of the business. All in all next time we come through Arkansas we will definitely stay here.

"Gross family stay"

Location was great right off the highway and there are restaurants nearby

It smelled terrible, the ceiling was giving in from water damage and it had been painted over so many times that the paint was sagging separately from the ceiling. I felt dirty after staying.
