Location

The hot water did not last long which was a negative especially when it got cold. The tv was not able to put in English captions so that sucked! Need to add that one more bedroom with a bed

- have shuttle bus to the villa but not available for some reason and late inform. - self check in was not useful, confused, not inform the reserved villa. - ask customer to send confidential info via chat.

Perfect size house for a family of 4. Location wise is also quite gd as it is only abt 8 mins walk to the train station. Do note the house do get very cold at night during Winter and the heaters cannot cope w the size of the house.

Absolutely lovely, comfortable house with a great view of Fuji. Fantastic communication from the property owner. I really wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hot tub and sauna!
