Nothing.

The shower door did not close. The air conditioner didn't work. The fridge didn't work. The lights kept turning on and off. The elevator was so sketchy. I texted the number about the air conditioner and wasn't answered until I was checking out. I wouldn't stay here alone and I definitely wouldn't stay here with kids ever again. We aren't fancy people but at least have a working air conditioner. The pictures don't match the ones online because nothing they offered worked.

Nice, no - frills hotel. Conveniently situated near bus stop and not too far to walk to tram. Good breakfast selection. There is a good little restaurant in the hotel opposite, though oddly the front desk staff did not seem to know about it (or are told not to recommend it perhaps?)
