sludge came up from the drain in shower, I showed pics to staff and no response. also they gave us the wrong wifi to our cabin and couldn't fix, so couldn't work all night.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The best thing is how pet friendly they are. Everyone loved our dog and he was happy to get the attention. They even gifted us dog bowls and treats when we checked in. The grounds are beautiful and the mountain is fun to explore. We took the stairs to the top of the ski jump and the view is breathtaking. Overall, it's a beautiful resort with character and a little something for everyone.
Stayed for my Daughters birthday party, Pool was perfect. Staff was great.

Very cool property. I was there in the off-season, so it was quiet, except for loud late-night guests. Food was ok.
We stayed here for a state hockey tournament. It was a great place to stay. Beautiful views of the ski resort, on-site dining, and the nicest people working there. Overall, a great experience!
Love that the skiing is free under 8. Front counter service was very nice. Bunk bed room was a win for the kids and I. Nice stay.

The parking situation for the guest was very poor. There was another ski, jumping event being held. Which limited the parking for the guests of hotel. I was told prior to that that all I had to do was show my reservation and that I would have a parking spot during the event in the hotel parking lot when I arrived. There was no parking available. I had to park a long ways away from the hotel, which was inconvenient. I would think that paying $300 for a night at your hotel you would at least provide parking for the guest in the actual hotel parking lot, not mile and a half away. Other than that, the employees were courteous and understood my dissatisfaction in the parking situation. I would hope that you would rectify the parking situation prior to next year‘s event.
