Late arrival not a problem. Communication prior to arrival was very timely and helpful, as I was alerted to get off the bus at the first stop rather than downtown. Warmest welcome by Front Desk staff. Wonderful hot breakfast and fresh coffee included. People in Fort McMurray are warm and very helpful.

It was ok liked the staff and it was clean and they had breakfast

The room I got was above the main door and it was busy late at night and early in the morning.. the people that were coming and going are not quite .. got woken up a couple of times but it was the people .. not the hotel staff .. i will not except that room again
